Dillon Martial Arts takes a mixed-discipline approach to martial arts, deeply rooted in Kajukenbo, a hybrid martial art established in Hawaii and derived from Karate, Judo and Jiu-Jitsu, Kenpo, and Boxing (KA - Karate, JU - Judo and Jiu-Jitsu, KEN - Kenpo, BO - Boxing). Training incorporates a blend of striking, kicking, throwing, takedowns, joint locks, weapon disarmament, and many other practical self-defense techniques.
DMA prioritizes body mechanics, cardiovascular health, mobility and flexibility. We are deeply committed to helping students of all ages become physically strong, confident, and positive leaders. We also specialize in helping people overcome issues with anxiety, fear, anger, and self-control through the discipline and focus provided by martial arts training.
